Irvine bootcamps fifty something workout

Here is another Irvine bootcamps fat loss workout.  This gem of a workout is called, “Fifty Something”, mainly because there are so many repetitions, it’s hard to keep count!  When doing this Irvine bootcamps workout, make sure to take minimal rest and try to finish the workout as quickly as possible, so you can record a low time.

All Irvine bootcamps workouts also require using the highest intensity level possible.  the best scale to use is, an intensity scale of 1-10 (10 being hardest), and work at a level of 8-9.5.  This, of course is easier said than done!  But practice makes perfect so try your hardest and make each workout count!  The harder you push, the shorter your workout needs to be!

Wow! This was a difficult one! The burpees got me from the start! I haven’t done these in awhile and I could feel it in my legs and chest! I have to thank Steve for reminding me of my form when doing the push-up portion of the burpees. I found the bench dips very challenging by the 35th rep.

I have to admit I wasn’t “feeling it” at the start of the workout. However – as usual – I was energized by the end. It was nice to have the “worked-out” feeling when I woke up this morning – always a sign of an excellent workout.

*Kudos for keeping the routines fresh and challenging*
