I’ve been getting lots of questions about my 6 Week Program so I decided to answer most of them on this page. But before I get to the FAQ (frequently asked questions), let me tell you a little about what’s happening tomorrow and how it affects you.

What if I’m too busy and don’t have the time to come?
Professionally speaking…after training over 5762 sessions and hundreds of clients over the years we have found that “I don’t have time”really means “I’d like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. Ask yourself this: Am I finally ready?
Okay good point, what do I need to bring?
Just bring a bottle of water, a positive attitude and a willingness to work and push your body. We’ll provide all of the motivation, instruction and fun. Just be sure to have a small snack about an hour before, you want to be energized and ready! (If you attend an outdoor class, also please bring a yoga mat.)
What can I expect to achieve during my training?
You can expect to drop inches and lose fat in as quickly as one week. On average you can expect to lose 3-6% of your total body fat, 5-30 pounds and 2-4 clothing sizes in 42 days. How often can I attend?
The boot camps run six days week, Monday – Saturday, in a high impact 45 minute workout! We suggest that you attend 3-5 days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend at least three days per week.
Can I pay per workout or just when I come?
No. You need help to get motivated and get in shape, right? Well in my professional training opinion, one of the biggest motivators is to know that you are paying for your training program. Will I be sore after a training session?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer sore. (until we do some new cool exercises)

What is a typical workout like at a boot camp class?
In one word – FUN! All packed into a 45 minutes workout. However, since each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time its difficult to describe a “typical day.” You can expect some light running, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training. On wild card days, you will hike, crawl, lunge, and have a fun time while burning a ton of fat and meeting new people. It’s always an adventure!
How soon will I see results?
Fitness and training improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. You will automatically “feel” better because you’ll have more energy, you’ll sleep better and you will feel strong and motivated because of the cool workouts that we do.
