Dates & Schedule - & What You Are Getting Yourself Into

Program Start Date: Monday August 9th, 2010

Weigh in Dates: Saturday August 7th in Irvine, 9am

Training Sessions: You will be required to attend semi-private/bootcamp training sessions atleast 2 x per week. Scheduling will be done on a per person basis. Sessions will last 30-45 minutes with the trainer, and you will also be required to do cardio and strength interval workouts on your own, which we will provide(you get access to online workouts).We know you are busy (who isn't?), that's why we have sessions starting at 6:30am and going until 6:30pm daily. We definitely have a time that will fit your schedule. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

Online Fat Burning Workouts: You'll be given access to my exclusive online membership site, 30MinuteBurn.com where you can access dozens of full body, fat burning workouts to keep you on track even if you're traveling or just can't make it to a workout.

Nutrition :? You will be given a full nutrition and overall program guide at your weigh in. This will include a full program breakdown including food choices, calorie levels and supplementation recommendations.
